Hotel accommodation
A number of rooms at several Hotels have been reserved for the attendants during the period of May 3 to 10, 2013. Hotel accommodation may be reserved by using the on line registration form or contacting to the Technical Secretariat: eurographics2013@pacifico-meetings.com
Note: Girona is a small city and there are no hotels at the side of the conference center. We recommend you to choose a hotel at the city center, you will find much better options, and remember that the conference is easily reachable by local city bus.
We have discovered that there will be another conference at Girona at the same time. Do not wait until last minute to book your hotels!

Terms and Conditions
- Grupo Pacífico will not accept telephone reservations. Registration must be done filling the Online Form. One form per person. You will receive a reservation request after completing the form, if you do not receive it please contact with the Technical Secretariat (Grupo PACIFICO: eurographics2013@pacifico-meetings.com)
- Hotel reservations will be booked on a first-come first-served basis upon reception of the corresponding payment. The online form only allows you to make one hotel booking, if you need accommodation for a group (more than 10 rooms) please contact with the Technical Secretariat.
- Grupo Pacífico has block-booked rooms for the dates of the Congress. Previous dates or late departures are subject to hotel availability.
- All rates are per room per night, including taxes (subject to change according to official order) and breakfast.
- We advise all participants to request their hotel reservations as soon as possible to guarantee accommodation, before April 15th, 2013.
- Full payments are required in advance to the conference start. A confirmation voucher and invoice will be sent right after we received the payment. Please review it carefully and take note of your registration number. This number will be requested for any change or check.
- All payments have to be made on Euros, please find as follow the available payment methods:
- Credit Card Online: you will be redirected to a Bank secure page. VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.
- Credit Card Authorization form: you will receive automatically by e-mail our credit card authorization form. Please fill out the form and mail or fax it.
- Bank Transfer: detailed banking information will be provided automatically by e-mail. Bank fees must be paid by the participant. This option only will be available until April 15th, 2013
- All pending amount has to be paid at the Technical Secretariat during the documentation delivery. In case of bank transfer payment or another method but not received it, you will be requested for an advice bank slip. Otherwise, you will be requested to pay the pending amount.
- Grupo Pacifico (GP) acts as organizing agency and is not responsible for loss, injury or damage to any person or property.
- Cancellation policy is available on the online registration form.
