Information for exhibitors

The exhibition will be in the Narcís Monturiol building hall. The Exhibition area is close to the registration desk.

• Exhibition opens on Tuesday, May 7th at 9:00AM and closes on Friday, May 10th at 11:00AM.
• Exhibitors needing long setup time can prepare their booth on Monday, May 6th (from 10:00AM to 6:30PM); otherwise setup can begin on Tuesday, May 7th at 8:00AM.
• Exhibitors should take down their booth on Friday, May 10th before 2:00PM.

Should you have any specific requirements that are unusual and not included here then please send an email to the local staff at info@eg2013.udg.edu a reasonable time before the conference starts.

Booth

A standard exhibition stand includes 6 square metres of floor space, a table, chairs, panels, basic electrical supply (1 KW), and wifi / wired Internet connection. Panel dimensions are 1,50 x 1,2 m.

Shipment instructions

Stand equipment or stand materials and bag insert material must be shipped to the conference center. Each package must be labelled as follow:

Remember to specify "EUROGRAPHICS 2013", and "STAND MATERIAL or "BAG INSERT”, on all the address labels for your shipments. For bag insert material, please send 400 units.

Collection schedule: Packages should arrive from Monday, April 22th to Friday, May 3rd. Reception desk is open 8:30-13:00 and 14:30-18:00
