Opening ceremony and Awards. Fast Forward

Will take place at 16:40h on Monday, the 6th at Teatre Municipal de Girona. Bus transportation from conference venue will be provided to all delegates at 15:40

Welcome Reception and Poster Party

The welcome reception and poster party will be on Tuesday, 5:30PM, in Tent. Local wines will be served. Poster presenters will be available for discussion in front of their posters.

Social Dinner

The conference dinner will be on Thursday evening at Mas Marroch, at 8:00PM. Bus transportation will be provided from the official hotels to everyone who has already confirmed their assistance at 7:30PM.

Approximate return hour at 11PM.

MAS MARROCH - EL CELLER DE CAN ROCA

Mas Marroch is a Catalan Gothic building of the 15th century, enabled as room for celebrations of Celler Can Roca. Offering a big garden, with a welcoming environment and ultramodern, it is located on the outskirts of Girona, in the municipal district of Vilablareix, ten minutes away from Girona city.
